If you’re not absolutely in love with your service at TIN & LASH, we will make it right.

It’s our desire to have each client pampered with the best experience from their service(s). Should you not love your new lashes or eyebrows for whatever reason, please contact us by phone within 3 days of your primary service appointment (unless otherwise noted) and we will be more than happy to have a follow up appointment with you, free of charge to resolve any issues.


If you need to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your appointment in any way, please give us at least 24 hour notice or you will be charged 50% of your service amount.


We want to make sure our clients leave ecstatic about their eyebrows. We always strive to achieve the desired shape, pattern and fill during our initial operating procedure. We include a single touch-up service (as most eyebrow microblading required 2 visits), as long as it has been booked for a service within 6 weeks of the initial service date.

All clients have different results and recovery based on lifestyle habits and skin types. Any additional requests for touch ups after the initial 2 week window will require a touch-up service charge of $195.

During a paid touch-up service, if the artist can not identify the shape of the initial microblading service with TIN & LASH, then the eyebrows must be reshaped, and the service charge will be that of a new microblading service.


All clients have different results in retaining eyelash extensions based on lifestyle habits and skin types. If you do have any irritation or are unhappy with the look, please contact us within 3 days and we will try our best to adjust things for you.

During a paid fill service, if the artist identifies that you have less than 50% of your original density from the last visit, you will be charged the price for a full set of the original type (e.g. classic set or volumation).
